- Experience of modelling poles in SPIDACalc, expertise in solving pole loading and suggesting remedies which would result in cost effective construction (Make Ready Engineering).- Familiar with National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) or utility violations, suggesting remedies and preparation of permit package to meet standards.- Complete pole loading analysis, documentation, QC of applications for permits and construction.- Devised new approaches/suggestions such as updation of QC checklist to reduce rejections on pole replacements, equipment, right of way, design change, etc.- Been part of New Delhi's core team to attend sessions conducted by market/field team experts, sound experience of leading technical/problem solving discussions with market team of project.- Working knowledge of 3-GIS software, fiber design/planning.
