Hello, my name is Akash Shah. I am a Psychology student at the University at Buffalo with a passion for applying psychological principles to create workplaces where people feel valued and motivated. As an aspiring Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, I am fascinated by the intersection of psychology and the workplace, understanding how human behavior impacts organizational dynamics and performanceI’m particularly interested in enhancing employee well-being, strengthening team dynamics, and developing effective leadership.
