Got opportunity of training in all channels and divisions of ITC Limited in whole span of a year. Due to corona period training was extended and posting reschedule of batches. But experience to work overall and learnings of various channels and trade was something that should not be missed.Understandings -• Market trend as in Food Division, Personal care division and in tobacco division. • Consumer Behaviour in diverse fields of FMCG and geographies. •Trade behaviour and relation helpful for win win strategy in each division. •Communication of schemes, profitable business ideas to trade and eventually making out a business of it. • Launching of various products and new outlet addition programs. • Use of proper tools like scheme chart, catalogues, and market report to understand core sales trend. • Advertising products with proper POSM and other materials of advertising. • Modern trade, DO Execution, Delivery. • Institutional Channel understanding by order capture method and proper product placement. • Experienced sales at stationary division (ESPB) in Lucknow and understanding of different distributor behaviour.• Understanding of distributor business be it ROI, costing, taxes and duties levied. Margins at distributor, trade and stockist level. Thankful and fortunate to work and complete training under proper supervision.
