Some of my accomplishments were:- Analyzing decades of client legal correspondence and policy to develop a positional precedent consolidating current and future litigation positions- Automating and compiling client billing to maximize efficiency in Excel, saving up to 20 dedicated person-hours each month- Investigating and auditing claim files to identify high-risk outliers preventing unforeseen exposure of over $10 million- Founding a digital company culture on both Microsoft Teams and Slack, increasing their use by over 400%

Before my final year of undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to work as a public servant and bring my expertise in technology and policy analysis to the Ontario Digital Service. The Ontario Digital Service specializes in using agile methodology and user testing to build user-centered and inclusive technology. Ultimately, these technologies help improve the government's ability to serve the public. As a Digital Operations Co-op some of my accomplishments were:- Constructing a policy and legal framework opening the door for Ontario Digital Service Software assessment to exist internally, saving countless months of external software assessment and over $40,000 in billing per software- Coordinating with multiple government organizations and entities in developing an internal software evaluation framework- Formalizing a business case to procure, install, and integrate an electronic entry system increasing security and safety of over 180 employees

During my third year as an undergraduate student, I created Global Installs to solve the lack of Field Service Technicians in the GPS tracking space. Predominantly, I focused on international organizations that were having difficulty capturing the Canadian market due to a lack of installers for their products. Global Installs still exists and is generating revenue to this day.

After getting accepted into the University of Waterloo's competitive Enterprise Co-op Initiative, 2 of my peers and I co-founded Matrix Learning. Our goal was to create a learning management software that would guarantee publishers consistent subscription revenue while decreasing students' costs. Some of our accomplishments were:- Developed a uniform learning management software integrating external textbook subscriptions, current management software, and teaching requirements to enhance student learning, faculty experience, and lower costs- Conducted multiple focus groups and studies to determine product development requirements and aggregating data for market determination- Finalist in multiple business competitions hosted by the University of Waterloo, RBC, Velocity, and Communitech resulting in over $5000 in funding
