I have been working as an Assistant Store Manager at Dry Goods USA since July 2023, where I assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of sales associates, ensuring efficient daily operations, and creating a welcoming and customer-centric environment.In my previous roles, I gained valuable experience in customer service, exercise planning, and interpersonal skills. I worked as a Sterilization Technician at Huntsville Hospital for seven months, where I supported infection prevention and control measures by sterilizing medical equipment and instruments. I also worked as a Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness for more than three years, where I helped members achieve their fitness goals by providing them with guidance, information, and encouragement.
