I own/manage a IT consulting company where small businesses outsource their IT requirements and technical support staff. Our clients trust that their infrastructures are resilient enough for withstand challenges posed by spyware/malware/viruses, nature, other users, hardware failure as well as software manufacturers. We monitor the critical portions of the environment remotely and my staff of 10 support engineers are all connected to our cloud-based monitoring systems and tool sets. We take the worry out of the infrastructures and application platforms and turn it into a business tool that can be relied upon.
