With over a decade of expertise in the Fitness, Recreation, and Wellness sector, I am a Faculty Member and Program Director at Madison College, dedicated to shaping future industry leaders and guiding emerging professionals on their career journeys. As an ACE Subject Matter Expert, I hold all ACE certifications - Medical Exercise Specialist, Personal Training, Health Coaching, and Group Fitness. My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master's degree in Health and Human Performance. My commitment to nurturing the next generation and enhancing the college experience fuels my passion as an educator.In addition, I am the Founder & Coach at a wellbeing space. I support local entrepreneurs by providing a a hub (known as the space), and mentorship. We've launched global and local wellbeing programs within our first few months and look to expand in the new year. We are also beginning to launch fitness equipment showcases and product marketing opportunities. This convergence of experts drives the wellbeing industry growth, aligning with our core mission of bringing people together through community and connection.
