Zwetlit manufactures households and industrial products (mostly water, gas and control valves).Responsibilities:- Use the design automation tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProEngineer) to develop drafts and technical drawings for products, stands, and machines.- Create kinematic and electric schemes linking the individual elements based on concepts and sketch designs.- Analyze the efficiency of the designed structures.- Design test programs, operating instructions, and technical documentations.- Participate in the installation, testing, and production of the products.- Work to improve the modernization and unification of the production process.Achievements:- Designed a CNC driven test stand using SolidWorks for assembling gas valves before they are being packaged for consumer usage. The test stand provided automatic gas leak testing of up to six gas valves at time. As result the test stand reduced the production cycle and manual labor.
