KEY Responsibilities:• Managing Projects, Implementations of Core Banking System/interfaces/Modules (Misys Equation, Account opening, TI, ATM card production, Settlement of other Bank, 1-link transaction, Development the ATM fees deduction application, Bulk posting through ASI, Condition Activation/Deactivation, loan via ATM, Car Ijarah loan• ATM, Mobile banking/internet banking, home remittance, call center support and resolve the issue on daily basis.• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.• • Core Banking System, Consumer/Retail /Corporate/loan and different EDP channels like ATM/CC/IVR & related Business, Products, Policies and procedure.• Upgrade Equation System (Core Banking) 3.8 to 4.3.• In house AS/400 Programs development using RPGILE & COBOL/400. • Provide technical support for infrastructure (Database, middleware and user interface).
