Information Technology Support Engineer
Current*Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers,and scanners.*Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows client OS and desktop applications,like Adobe Acrobat, Sage, office, Antivirus, Acronis backup software, etc.*Administrate and maintain Active Directory such as creating a new active directory,DNS & DHCP, Users, and group policies, and setting up the permissions.*Managing Active directory services such as creating, and modifying objects like users,Organizational groups, etc.*Monitoring and Managing Physical as well as virtual servers and timely backups of the same.*Maintaining the PABX, CCTV, Wireless Network Controllers, and APs.*Keep records of all the activities, upgrades, inventory, and transactions related to the IT department.*Collaborated with vendors to locate replacement components and resolve advancedproblems.
