I am working as Sr. System Engineer for PACS/RIS system of Philips Healthcare system earlier known as Carestream Healthcare. Presently Working in Samir Trading & Marketing as a “RIS/PACS Philips HealthCare Incident support Engineer (HCIS)” in the Medical division. Having twelve + years of exposure in the Philips/Carestream PACS and RIS application. Having one year of experience as Oracle DBA  Worked as a team member in KSA’s first Regional Project ARP (Aseer Regional Project) Worked as Senior System Engineer on VRO (Vision Realization Office) Working as HCIS Senior System Engineer for a big project in MODA Dammam Attended certified training on RIS and PACS from Carestream Italy, Dubai, Saudi Arabia Project: VRO (Vision Realization Office) & MODA (Ministry of Defence) Project Description: VRO is multi-site Regional Project in KSA , it consist of 25 General MOH hospital interconnected with DATA CENTER. Experience in PACS/RIS, System, implementation, operations and support function, Windows Server 2019,2016,2012 and 2008 installation RAID Configurations in Servers, Hardware Troubleshooting of Dell server R740 R730xd T510 R710. configuring of AX4 Storages. Installation of PACS, Vue motion Portal, and RIS on single and cluster installation. Adding/configuring different vendor modalities to the Philips PACS/RIS application servers PACS application training to the referral users like physicians  RIS workflow training to the Radiology department users. Ensuring day-to-day activities of imaging equipments including workflows, archiving, and routing, pre-fetching, correcting broken studies Network Troubling-shooting and Problem-solving, including factors related to network connection, data transfer performance, etc. Providing technical assistance to other team members  Implementation & maintenance of database Backups , schedule tasks
