He is an MBA in Human Resource from Bengaluru after completing his Bachelors in Technology in Electrical & Electronics Department from Andhra Pradesh with 6 year’s experience in the field of Training and Development. He has also over a year of experience as an HR who dealt with Sourcing, Recruiting & overall Induction process for various reputed companies in the field of Pharmaceutical.He has vast knowledge in developing activities and modules in the training as well as its implementation.
