- Managing the end to end processes for Corporate Trade clients with Bonds, Guarantees and Indemnities and Documentary Letters of Credit requirements.- Providing excellent customer experience by acknowledging customer needs, making them aware of the processes involved, and coordinating tasks in order to meet customers’ expectations; looking for opportunities to provide follow up services and new trade leads by pro-actively managing the client relationship.- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates on the progress of customer requests and coordinating tasks and actions involved in obtaining internal bank approvals and finalising credit facilities that accommodate the required bank guarantees.- Reviewing guarantee documents and ensuring the suitability of texts used in bond issuances; keeping customers aware of cancellation clauses, expiration types, and any terms and conditions they need to consider prior to guarantees becoming operational.
