In August 2016 I decided to take my first steps to turn a lifelong dream into reality. I founded Lesablier Watches while I was still in school. As a watch enthusiast and collector myself, I found myself yearning for the perfect watch. Something that does not break 4 digits in terms of price but still has the quality and individuality of a Haute-Horlogerie timepiece. The goal was to start a watch brand that built premium timepieces with the innovation, exclusivity and craftsmanship of high-watchmaking.In order to reach this goal, I designed the branding, built the website, formed the company, vetted manufacturers, conducted industry research and of course designed the watches themselves. I also have traveled to many watch events to promote and represent the brand. Lesablier began sales in May 2017 with the Aviateur VQ: A modern take on the 24-hour only pilot's watches of the mid 20th century. I ran the Kickstarter and ensured it was fully funded by the close of the campaign.Lesablier’s second timepiece , the Sport Classic, was successfully funded on Kickstarter. It raised $28,086 in pre-orders during its Kickstarter period, with numerous pre-orders rolling in even after the closure of the campaign.Following the success of the Sport Classic, the Chronosport release also attained great success with a fully funded Kickstarter campaign. Almost half the inventory was sold out before delivering the first watch.

Grooming Club is an online subscription commerce service providing grooming supplies for both men and women. Products range from shave related tools to sanitary and other grooming supplies. Grooming Club operates within Grooming Central Limited by providing unique products and offering Bangladesh's first subscription based service specifically in the FMCG industry. GCL also plays a vital role in assisting SRBIL (Samah Razor Blades Industry Limited) in terms of fulfilling eCommerce orders. My contributions: At Grooming Club Bangladesh, I completed an end-to-end UI/UX design for the upcoming Grooming Club mobile application. In addition, I designed and implemented multiple social media campaigns and worked on brand promotion. I tested the website rigorously both for function and content and made changes where I saw fit. I worked heavily with Adobe Photoshop to produce advertisements, media content and product elements such as fliers. I also worked on a lot of the written content: I composed, proofread and edited some of the promotional writing on the website and packaging of the products. Using all the aforementioned skills, I worked from July to August in order to get the company off its feet. Grooming Club Bangladesh began operations on August 8th, 2017 and has already made a number of sales.
