It has required me to employ innovative teaching methods, leverage technology, and create an engaging learning environment to ensure that each student receives the attention they deserve.Teaching this subject to trainee and promoted engineers has been a collaborative and enlightening journey. Interacting with a diverse group of professionals from various backgrounds within the Indian Railways has expanded my own understanding of the field. It has provided a platform for a vibrant exchange of ideas and perspectives, enriching the classroom experience for both the students and myself.My ultimate goal as an educator in this role has been to equip these engineers with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle Electric Drives and Power Electronics Converters and Inverters in the context of the Indian Railways.
