Lead the Business development activities for New Ventures, LNG Business. The main areas of focus are as follows:1. Develop new LNG technology solutions (FSRU, LNG to Power, New market entry, LNG Bunkering, new LNG technology/application). 2. Commercialize/ market new technology solutions and strategize breakthrough by preparing and implementing business plans to ensure sustainable business growth, contributing to group’s profitability and establish the company as pioneer in development of new LNG asset solution.3. To lead development of business proposals and finalize techno commercial strategy for bid participation in various projects for LNG Bunkering/ FSU/ FSRU/ Power barge/ new technology applications.

Liaise with Charterers on all commercial matters and manage the commercial operations of LNG vessels & New builds (Sayaendo LNG vessels) to meet business requirements, industry standards & charter party commitments. Support Charterers operations through efficient & optimum voyage management of fleet vessels.Commercial & Technical support to Business development & Contract management teams during tender bids, new charter party contracts & renewal of charter party contracts. Validate & propose acceptable solutions for effective negotiations of contracts.Commercial & Technical support to Legal team to address assorted claims & disputes.Monitor the performance of LNG vessels and implement improvement initiatives. Ensure SIRE validity & assessments of Terminal compatibility for the LNG vessels on world wide trade.

Joined sea in 2006 with Shell Ship Management Ltd. Did an Oil tanker and a LNG vessel (steam propulsion) with the oil major and obtained a combined Motor and Steam license from MOT, India.

Joined as trainee at Wartsila power plant, NRC Mumbai and gained very valuable experience and exposure to Marine Diesel engines.
