• Conducting a review and survey on Land Determination and Use Permits (SIPPT) for developers in the Blok M-ASEAN-Senayan area, Halim Perdanakusuma area, and land development along the MRT Phase 3 line to examine arrears of developer obligations to build public facilities and infrastructure. And provide it as a complementary document for the Integrated Capital Investment Information (IPMT) document. The survey is using a GIS surveying tools that integrates to Data and Information Team (PUSDATIN) at DPMPTSP.• Conducting strategic planning for national government assets in DKI Jakarta which will be abandoned when the Indonesian National Capital Moves with the aim of increasing investment in DKI Jakarta. Specifically in Blok M-ASEAN-Senayan region and Halim Perdanakusuma region.• Conducting GIS-based studies, such as studying the potential for developing the TOD area, studying spatial patterns, property market scrapping and mapping compare to sales value of the tax object.• Conducting a review for "Regular Building Permit Application" (IMB Reguler) for residential buildings which include checking the validity of ownership, land data, design drawings, and checking the suitability of the building intensity of the applicant's design for permits in the Kebayoran Lama sub-district area.• Prepare Architectural Design Drawings (GPA) and Calculate building permit retribution for the "Relaxed Building Permit Applications" (IMB Relaksasi) for residential buildings under 100 m2 and religion building as part of the accelerated development and investment program in DKI Jakarta.

Great opportunity that i've got from being part of PSUD. Some key experiences that I got involved are:• Conducting spatial studies and develops urban design guidelines in form of GFA distribution master plan simulation (as Carrying Capacity impact from mass trasnportation system), Urban Design framework, corridor and building character control, placement of open space (green, blue, and transit area), parcel development guidelines, and determining the distribution of activities and building functions within the development area in context of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) District (MRT Jakarta Development).• Providing spatial assessment such as green index measurement in the project’s planning area using spatial analysis tools (GIS).• Develops a master plan and planning frameworks for the development of integrated areas, such as business districts, campus areas, and Transit Oriented Development (TOD) districts - MRT Jakarta Phase 1 & 2A.• Reviewing basic design from the client in terms of architectural details, structure, and application of the green infrastructures (zero run-off) together with experts and preparing it into the DED for construction.• Arranging a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), meeting, and workshop between office, clients, stakeholders, and project experts, and maintain daily communication.• Mentor for collaboration workshop with DSekitarkita (Future Design Workshop).• Managing Editor for PSUD Website which part of CUDS (PSUD's Research and Development Division).

Some projects that I got involved with are:• Conducting a studies related to history and cultural heritage in the MRT Phase 2 area to be develop as a guide for character building for corridors in Urban Design Guideline Planning Document.• Conducting a field surveys and mapping with focus on property market, activity mapping (formal – informal), building typology and intensity, and existing suitability with zoning regulations in the planning area.• Developing existing building simulations and forming simulations based on MRT Phase 1 and MRT Phase 2A codes TOD UDGL refers to the GFA intensity provided by RDTR DKI Jakarta to use it as a guideline and basic intensity in distributing the intensity provided by the carrying capacity (CAP) of the TOD area.• Developing corridor/street typology and public space design guidelines on several corridor sections in the development of the TOD area on MRT Phase 1 and MRT Phase 2A
