Responsibilities :- Overseeing and Handle escalation ticket- Assist customers problem solving at workshop, email, remote and on site- Maintenance database or Server (Backup, Restore, and cloning) and application in local system at customer site- Monitoring alert and troubleshoot server performance from dashboard with Solarwinds, Cacti, Zabbix.- Installation, Configure, Monitor, Manage, and Troubleshooting Server, Middleware, and Operating System (Linux CentOS, RedHat, Debian)- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure- Checklist daily Data Center server performance- Monitoring Node , NFS Storage server , Memory, and CPU Performance.- Escalation issued Network / Link problem to ISP - Manage and Maintenance Server with Vmware Vsphere web Client- Configuration and Migration Ncomputing client windows ( PC Call Center ) to Ubuntu Vspace server.- Configuration and manage Cisco WLC (For Example added MAC Address Employee for connect to WIFI / local Network)
