The overall responsibility is to follow-up on the lab activities in the technical side. I have to handle all U.S. clients like Next, Debenhams, George, EWM, Cloudtail, Woolworths, Newlook. Clients for any sort of technical or test methodical update in the manual from the client so that the testing engineers may test the fabrics or garments properly and generate accurate reports. I have to respond to any kind of overseas & local e-mail communication regarding technical queries from the client. Moreover, as a part of the management team, my responsibility is to ensure optimum output from the minimum workforce & also take part in any decision making from management and reporting to the senior management

Supervising the team member’s daily activities, Checking their test results, Reviewing the test reports prepared by the junior testing engineers, Communication with the customer according to their asking and time to time following the instruction of the laboratory manager.
