At Sanofi-Aventis I reported directly to the Director of Industrial Affairs along with a functional reporting to the Head of Plant Logistics- Intercontinental region covering Middle East, Asia Pacific and Latin America. My primary role included managing the Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing/Distribution Teams for 2 manufacturing Sites based at Karachi and Wah focussing on Key Supply Chain initiatives such as Business/Demand & Supply Planning for Finished Goods and Materials, Manufacturing Capacity Analysis, Global/Local Sourcing for Direct Materials, NPR and Capex Projects/Factory Spend, Supply Chain Scorecards, New Product management.
