Worked within the Marketing and Product Management Group for the Retail and Consumer Banking Division, I looked after the product development, marketing, deployment, roll out, management and enhancement of the entire eBanking portfolio, including ATM/CDMs, Contact Center, IVR, Internet Banking, eStatements, Transaction SMS Alerts, Kiosks, Mobile Banking/Payments, POS and Service Centers. I was also responsible for the deployment, rollout and management of the bank' strategic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that was designed to be made into a single repository of customer information throughout the bank. The Siebel CRM implementation was completed for the Contact Center, and Collections for Retail, Consumer and SME areas, and for Account and Loan Origination.

Product managed the bank' Value Visa Debit Card product, and eChannels for the bank, and developed and presented the bank'​ multi-channel strategy to the ManCom, for the management of all customer engagements, and led the implementation and launch of the bank'​ new Contact Center, HBL Phone Banking. Developed detailed work flows for the better management of customer registration for the Contact Center and effective customer interaction on this channel. Achieved the HBL Phone Banking registration target consistently for the 3 months following the launch of the service, and engaged with end-clients at the various country-wide branch locations to gauge customer feedback, and improve and correct any process gaps, and services offerings.Worked with the brand management and activation team to develop the ad campaign for the launch of HBL Phone Banking.Worked for the process improvement and 'card'​ rationalization exercise to both increase the Visa Debit Card'​ engagement and better usage of the portfolio.
