1. To ensure that the processes are carried out in accordance to the process flows and the test parameters2. To resolve customer complaints pertaining to test problems or product problem (E-test, EEPROM, PNA, M-TEST)3. To study and try out new processes and update the process instructions (WI) that related to test performanceand work together with Process Engineer4. To resolve whatever problems occurring on test equipment, test parameter, part failure analysis5. To conduct pilot run pertaining to approval of test equipment.6. To constantly study and analysis the yield losses that related to test performance, false reject, root causeanalysis and problem solving activity7. To make sure all tester calibrated and work with internal calibration & external calibration team8. To make sure tester spare part available and work with spare part team9. Work with Customer if any problem and to do failure analysis, provide FA report to Customer and follow up10. Monitoring/ Control the new test equipment from initial run and mass production mode11. To support test equipment Engineer on the New Project/First run12. Assists in any other assignment as instructed by the Superior/ Manager

1. Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up any improvement project related Breakdown timereduction for critical equipment.2. Analyse, plan, and execution of action for machine breakdown.3. Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities as assigned by superior.4. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency and follow safety protocol.4. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety maintenance environment.6. Providing assistance & support within facility or division in one or more of the following areas.7. Continuously study and make changes so that problems do not occur again (Improvement).8. Use hand tools and electrical tools to complete repairs, maintenance and installations on machines.9. Provide best response time for every issue related with equipment breakdown.10. Perform quick trouble shooting in every single machine breakdown.11. Give accurate information and record for any single breakdown, through Computerized MaintenanceManagement System.12. Demonstrate quick feedback or escalation to superior for any major breakdown.
