Recently joined as Design and Estimation Manager for QATAR Operation in JBK Controls QATAR for Entire ELV, ICT, BMS and Life Safety Products

• Responsible for Operations PNL Report, Reporting to Managing Director.• Managing a team of 1 Asst Estimation Manager, 3 Project Managers and 12 Project/Site and Design Engineers. Recruiting new Staff, Under Taking Performance Reviews for necessary improvement in quality services thereby processing personality, energy, inspirations, motivation for timely completion tasks and best result.• Preparing Project Execution Plan meeting Project Completion Dates.• Preparing Cash Flow Requirements and budgets, in coordination with purchase and finance department.• Negotiating contracts and Prices with Vendors, Clients and Sub-Contractors ensuring that they balance value, risk and responsibilities for successive profits upon contract closure.• Preparing Yearly Revenue Plan and following up on payments with Contractor/ Client for healthy cash Flow.• Consultant/ Client Coordination for Submittal Approvals and presentation, Co Ordination with Client/ MEP Directors and MEP PM to meet Construction Completion Program and Projects Handovers.• Attending regular weekly/ monthly meeting to understand challenges and issues involved for timely completion of all activities not effecting cash flow.• Supervision for internal Planning coordination, Supervision of Projects for timely completions and leading all technical approvals and timely completions.• Developing direct and positive relations with Key Contacts, Thereby resolving contractual and Commercial Disputes and winning other package and variation works on existing site to improve Gross Margins, with the assurance of best practice on legal, safety and quality services.• Direct Supervision in Design and Implementation of Entire ELV Systems and Documents/ Drawings Approvals. Direct Vendor Co Ordination for Commissioning Support.• Preparing Design and Approvals for Authorities MOI, DPS and ADP complying Regulations. Attended pre-site and on-site meetings with clients, Consultant and Contractors for compliance and approvals.

• Reporting to Executive Director for UAE Operations and Qatar Business Director, Weekly Coordination with KSA General Manager and Oman Sales Manager Was Second Employee, hired by UAE Management to Establish to set complete work flow, planning all process for UAE operations and reporting procedures. Was responsible to Establish Pre Sales Department with a strength of 17 numbers of Pre Sales Engineers for IT, BMS and ELV Systems supporting UAE, Oman, KSA and India Sales Departments.• Setting Plans & Strategy with Sales Department, Identifying Strength, Weakness, Opportunity & Threats to plan Tender BID with all compliance.• Establish and implement departmental policies, work flow, goals, objectives, and procedures thereby scheduling workload to meet priorities and targets. Possessing personality, energy & charisma to inspire, lead and develop staff with Multiple In House Training, Manufacturer Training to get best ELV engineering solutions..• Planning BIDS to meet deadlines, Negotiating with Vendors for discounts and matching budgets, Preparing submittals and approvals from client/consultant.• Verifying BID & Evaluating Engineering Solutions, Design, Costing, and Margins with BID Basis, Scope of Works and commercial terms.• Researching, reviewing & reporting on competitors & rival products, Performing and arranging successful product demonstrations• Setting Budgets for Vendors, Negotiating them to Meet Budgets to increase margins and setting policies get best commercial support.• Established Contracts with Vendors for Payments Terms, Product Support and Business Plan Every Year.• Preparing Technical Submittal and response for clarifications for Consultant for Submittal, with necessary presentation, meetings for approvals.• Supporting Various Consultant for technical spec and design complying authorities’ Complying Client Requirements.• Estimated across AED 1 Billion in a span of 2 Years, to achieve jobs for a value of AED 100 Million.

• Reporting to the department manager and discussing for all the issues related to the projects and project team consisting of 20 members engineers and technicians• Preparation of Costing, Quotation and related cost as per design.• Preparing Documents for material approval and meeting with the consultant for approval of the same.• Planning and ordering material with follow up and keeping track of monthly stock and maintaining healthy stock.• Preparing Job Control for job registration in accounts once the order is confirmed.• Preparing Bar Charts and Plans for Execution of Projects to be completed in the given allotted time by the client/consultant/customer.• Annual Maintenance Coordination Depending on Quarterly/monthly services and following up for the renewal of the same. (Our Company has more than 15 AMC for High raise tower/hotels/residential suits etc).• Preparing AMC Comprehensive and Non Comprehensive based on Client requirement.• Coordination with the Accounts Department for raising invoices and other Issues related to bank guar-antee, performance bond, Advance bond and swift code.• Preparing Operation and Maintenance Manuals after completion of commissioning the projects.• Preparation of Warranty Certificate for the Material Supplied to the Site based on commissioning com-pletion date.• Liaising with Facility Management once the project is completed for multiple issues DLP period, System re-training etc.
