Major work responsibilities are as follows- Freight Billing- Sales Tax Invoicing.- Recording of transactions in the software.- Involvment in decision making for establishing / modifying working process of different departments.- Email Communication with clients.- Taxable income and tax liabilities of employees.- Filing of Sales Tax and Income Tax Returns.- Generating and Payment of tax challans.- Reporting to the owner.

 Major work responsibilities are as follows- Verification of payments.- Verification of collection of fees on daily basis.- Payroll management including the computation of incentives, overtime, taxable income andtax liabilities of employees, preparation of cheques or online transfer letters.- Recording of transactions in the accounting software.- Preparation of monthly profit and loss statement.- Verification of full and final settlements.- Involvment in decision making for establishing / modifying working process of differentdepartments.- Coordinating with different departments for audit of transactions and processes.- Communication with vendors.- Filing of Sales Tax and Income Taxr Returns.- Generating and Payment of tax challans.- Reporting to Managing Director and CFO.

Accounting- Payroll management for different clients including the computation of taxable income and tax liabilities of employees, preparation of cheques or online transfer letters.- Recording of transactions in the accounting software, Quick Books, for different clients, including o Preparation of Chart of Accounts,o recording general entries, invoices and generating bills, maintaining bank books and generating payroll cheques and salary slips.o Installation of the software.- Preparation of Financial Statements of different clients.- Maintenance of supporting documents to Financial Statements.- Preparation of Bank Books and Petty cash books for different clients.Income Tax- Filing of annual Income Tax Returns of different clients along with their working- Filing of monthly Withholding tax Returns on salaries and payment to vendors.- Calculations relating to computation of Income tax of different clients.- Generating and Payment of Income tax challans of different clients.- Communicating with FBR.- Supporting clients in Income Tax matters.- Application for new NTN for different clients of status as salaried individual, business individual, Association Of Persons (AOP), and Company.- Understanding Income Tax laws and amendments on regular basis.Sales Tax- Filing relating to both authorities i.e. Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).- Filing of monthly Sales tax Returns.- Generating and Payment of sales tax challans of different clients.- Have attended some hearings of SRB representing different clients.SECP- Signing up on the online SECP portal.- Application for NOC of name availability.- Incorporation of Private Limited Companies- Filing of different statutory forms such as Form-A, Form-29, Form-21 etc.- Understanding Companies Ordinance and amendments on regular basis.EOBI (Employees Old Age Benefits)- Registration, Handling of online account, Reporting of employees and Generation and payment of challan
