We have a superior brand in the skincare sector, namely Solcare, and a superior brand in the accessories sector, namely Emrys.Responsibilities:- Responsible to handle recruitment end to end process such as sourcing, screening CV, approaching, set interview schedule for intern and staff level (sourcing and approaching candidates from various job channels, such as glints and jobstreet (15-30 candidates per-day)).- Conduct interviews for intern and staff level, evaluate candidates to find out about their profiles, skills, experiences, and facilitate the selection process (conduct interviews for 5-10 candidates per-day).- Updating general administrative activities related to employment such as manage the process of resignation, termination of employment, including contract management (PKWT and PKWTT).- Manage employee records such as personal data, status changes, and performance evaluations.- Manage HRIS such as updating employee database and recap employee absences (11-50 employees).- Support to payroll activities (e.g. calculate employee overtime wages, salary calculation).- Design poster, bulletin, social media updates, banner and others for employer branding.- Responsible to make and update content plans for employer branding through Instagram & tiktok (1-2 contents per-week).
