My tenure as OSD allowed me to contribute significantly to the cultural landscape of Odisha through dedicated leadership and strategic planning.

Over the span of more than three decades, I have held key leadership positions across several prestigious libraries in Odisha, including the Sub-Divisional Library in Bargarh, Panchasakha Memorial Library in Sakhigopal, District Library in Chatrapur, and HKM State Library in Bhubaneswar. In these roles, I have been instrumental in managing library operations, preserving extensive literary collections, and spearheading cultural initiatives that have enriched the communities we serve. My leadership has been focused on enhancing library services, promoting Odia literature, and ensuring these institutions continue to thrive as centers of knowledge and cultural heritage.
