Current• Oversee student records and serves as the custodian of student records.• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff, including hiring, coaching, training, evaluating, and terminating.• Provide leadership and guidance in the creation and implementation of the Student Information System (SIS).• Establishes operational policies and procedures, creates and gives presentations, and prepares reports on data related to student activities, engagement, retention, academic progress, and career success. • Advise and monitor medical students regarding enrollment and registration, leaves of absence, class schedules, transcripts and grades, and degree requirements.• Provide support, resources and promote well-being of each student.• Serve on the Conduct Hearing Board• Develop, maintain, and enhance system processes. • Student scheduling, transcript preparations, medical licensure, and education verification.• Processes, manage and provide analytic support, reports, and statistical data.• Provide support and resources to assist students in successfully completing requirements for program, while promoting the well-being of each student.• Create and maintain development, maintenance, and enhancement of systems and processes.• Provide analytic support, reports, and statistical data as needed for faculty and administration.• Maintain compliance with FERPA, and other regulatory bodies.• Serve as Project Manager for Colleague Professional and Scholarly Development (CPSD), alongside Assistant Dean for CPSD.
