I lead & manage site build projects such as building new test center sites, relocation, expansion, refurb & maintenance, and closure of existing sites.Before Prometric, I worked for Dell Technologies in technical resolutions engineering for 2 years and 6 months, as a Level 1 resolution engineer for the 1st year, and then got promoted as Senior Technical Advisor, where I would handle the case management of technical issues, and advise on resolutions.I have pursued a course in Project Management from IIT Delhi and B.Tech in civil engineering from Kurukshetra University. I have trained in Total Quality Management for 6 months with Suntech Infrastructures in collab with the National Skill Development Corporation, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India. I have trained onsite at several other large engineering projects. I volunteer with a few organizations such as Teach for India, LedBy Foundation. Robin Hood Army, etc. I have also learned to operate certain tools and software such as AutoCAD, GIS tools, etc.
