As a civil engineer graduate and assistant project manager in the construction industry, I bring several years of experience as an assistant site manager for residential apartments. Through this work, I have gained a deep understanding of construction and project management principles and practices, which has allowed me to contribute to the successful delivery of various projects. In my current role at Ardern Hodges, I am privileged to work on some of the most luxurious residential developments in London's most opulent postcode.In my current position, I have had the opportunity to work closely with senior project managers, architects, quantity surveyors, contractors and other stakeholders. This has helped me to develop strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills while working closely, collaborating and coordinating with different teams. Besides, being a civil engineer graduate, I have acquired technical knowledge and understanding of designing, planning, and executing construction projects. I am also proficient in using project management tools such as Gantt charts, critical paths, and work breakdown structures to plan, implement and monitor project progress. My motivation to succeed and my ambition to progress my career, coupled with my positive attitude and willingness to learn, have helped me to make a positive contribution to my current employer. While continuing to develop my knowledge and skills, I am enthusiastic about seeking new challenges and opportunities to further my career in the construction industry.
