As a resourceful and strategic teacher, I have extensive international experience conducting ESL classes for middle, high school, and college students. My track record demonstrates continued success in fostering a creative learning environment by incorporating written, verbal, and cultural aspects of the English language into course materials and lessons. Colleagues know me as a creative thinker who excels in translating students’ learning needs into a standardized curriculum comprising key literacy skills, including foundational grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. As an out-of-the-box thinker, I am dedicated to enhancing students’ leadership and organization skills by designing and driving key initiatives, including leadership training programs. A few of my career highlights include: ⦁ Exemplary academic qualifications, with an ongoing Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations and certifications in TESOL/TESL/TEFL and teaching TOEFL preparation. ⦁ Taught cross-cultural leadership and community organization skills during four-day leadership training as the Fellowship Coach to create mutual understanding and bridge the gap between China and U.S. ⦁ Headed a student body of 560 students in High School and led 25 young leaders to harmonize the student community. ⦁ Taught 900+ students per semester by delivering 40+ hours of weekly lectures for two years in China.⦁ Leveraged communication skills in English and Mandarin to converse with clarity and diplomacy to individuals in diverse backgrounds.
