•Proper monitoring of production processes, steps (OPRP, CCP) and personnel in assigned areas to ensure compliance with product specifications and food (product) safety. •Coordination of internal and external audit exercises, regulatory inspection, audits and other approved system (QMS, FSMS, EMS, OHSMS) assessment exercise.•Design, implementation and review of workflow modification, operation programs and protocols, specification and standards for finished products, raw materials and process controls.•Investigation of customer complaints, process and product failure incidents and track corrective actions •Continuous research towards development and improvement of products •Adequately and timely documentation of operational procedures (pre-operatives) and records. •Ensuring strict compliance to operational programs and protocols in product storage, distribution and movement to ensure only products that meets the company’s specifications are delivered to customers. •Provide continuous training of operatives on relevant standards and procedures to achieve operational excellence. •Ensuring hygiene standards are met in assigned production area (s) and adherence of personnel to GMP and GHP. •Timely correction or reporting of non-conformance for appropriate corrective action.

•Recruitment and training of staff and occasional inspection of the establishment to monitor the growth and development of the new company.•Worked with the appropriate personnel to proffer solutions to the challenges that may arise before, during and after processing of the products (peanut, popcorn, chinchin, poundo yam and plantain flour, plantain and potato chips).

•Attended fortnight training on all areas of Agriculture at Osun State Agricultural Development Programme (OSSADEP).•Provided pieces of information to farmers to enlighten them on best agricultural and farming practices in relation to weed, pest and disease control, marketing and record keeping, •Introduced new plants and animals as well as keep the farmers informed on the health potentials of scarcely cultivated plants.•Disseminated information to farmers on various areas of Agriculture, nutrition and food processing techniques to alleviate postharvest loss and ensure food and nutrition security.

•Analysed raw materials (hard wheat) to ensure their conformity to the industry requirement.•Mixed and dosed additives during processing while maintaining communication with the Production Department.•Analysed wheat flour and bran samples during processing and examined the rheological, nutritional and microbial qualities of the final products (wheat flour, bran and bread). •Determined baking qualities of the flour in comparison to competitors' flour and analysed customers' feedback for quality satisfaction. •Prepared and submitted daily report to the Chief Quality Controller and General Manager for documentation.

•Assisted the production personnel in manual mixing of flour, kneading, cutting and baking of dough.•Participated in the removal of bread from the baking pan as well as slicing and packaging of bread.
