The position held at Hoechst AG was full time permanent.After my apprenticeship at Hoechst AG I started in the IT Department of the business area Special Chemicals, which was later on (March 1997) sold to Clariant AG.In the beginning, I worked in the field of business process analysis, using the ARIS tool set to analyze a new planning process in conjunction with capacity and requirements planning for multilevel productions, which should have been implemented using a new software.
