o Responsibilities included performing Quality Control checks on all deliverables before they left the company. This included creating the Quality Control documents for each deliverable and checking all deliverables against those documents before they left the office. I also tracked which deliverables for which projects were QCed for documentation purposes. I also handled all internal investigations with regard to quality, safety, or training issues across the company. I also created and kept current all of the safety procedures, processes, and manuals on an agent, division, and company level. I was responsible for making sure that each person was well versed and trained in each safety process as well as in all aspects of their respective jobs. I also created the training programs for each position at the firm to use for incoming employees.

o Responsibilities included managing projects for our clients by redlining of drawings produced by other drafters for correctness, accuracy, and completeness. Met with clients about what they wanted to see in their compounds and how they wanted their equipment designed. Assigned projects to other drafters and made sure that all projects stayed on track and were completed in a timely and appropriate fashion. Performed site evaluations and visits to design site layouts and evaluation of current site layouts, designed cellular towers, compounds, and accompanying structures, drafted cellular towers, compounds, and accompanying structures.

Responsibilities included design and drafting of power lines, power structures and details of siad lines adn structures. I was also in charge of creating easement documentation and exhibits to be used in acquiring land for power lines.

Responsibilities inculde the creation of topographic maps, Records of Survey, ALTA maps, creation of subdivisions, creation of land development documentation (inculding easements, property descriptions, meets and bounds descriptions, application documents, easement exhibits, and property exhibits), surveying, and site evaluation.

Responsibilities inculde surveying of parcels and lots, design and drafting subdivisions and Records of Survey. I also attended all council meetings on behalf of our firm for said subdivisions, lot line adjustments, and administrative splits. I also completed all applications and attended all associated meetings. In surveying, I ran a TopCon GPS unit to survey open land and gain topography of given parcels as well as used a total station and gun to run levels and take topographic information in areas that were not accessible with the TopCon GPS unit. I created SWPPP and NP Level 1 Reports as well. I was also Project Manager for several of our jobs.

• Responsibilities included computer terminal maintenance, program and hardware installation, server maintenance and control, database manipulation, form and data base creation, training manual creation, programming manual creation, and the monitoring of storage and inventory.
