Manage staff to maximize productivity and efficiency, including: hiring, directing job assignments, monitoring and assessing staff performance, coaching, assuring compliance with regulatory requirements and YST organizational mission; provide recommendations for staff compensation, promotion and termination actions, as appropriate;Develop and implement department goals which continuously improve the quality and/or quantity of services provided to internal and external customers; monitor and make periodic adjustments to assure targeted outcomes are achieved; Assure operations remain within the authorized budget and that Agency resources are spent effectively and efficiently;Research, evaluate, recommend and promote new services and improved service delivery which consistently enhances the value of the department to the Agency;Assure compliance with all applicable professional standards and requirements of funding sources and regulatory agencies; protect YST from loss of revenue, clients, or reputation due to any compliance failure;Assure accurate, timely communication with staff regarding agency initiatives and promote good working relationships between departments;Assure accurate, timely data management and record-keeping for reports, decision-making and successful completion of audits;Demonstrate the highest levels of customer service orientation and welcoming acceptance for all clients, visitors and staff to assure that the behavior modeled as a YST leader is congruent with the agency mission and values.

Manage staff to maximize productivity and efficiency and assist the Program Director in the daily operation and administration of the program;Supervise assessment and treatment activities of the program staff to accurately identify problems and provide appropriate services, and track and follow up to assure effectiveness of service(s)/treatment provided;Provide professional consultation and coaching for program staff directly involved in providing services to clients to ensure targeted outcomes are met for client population;Enter, maintain, and analyze data necessary to document the activities of the staff and provision of program services required to support data-driven management decisions;Participate and present in periodic program meetings and community activities to promote program updates and education.

Administer assessments and develop treatment plans;Provide child and family therapy services;Collaborate with the Office of Juvenile Affairs and other local agencies to provide services for probationary youth and their families;Coordinate and develop health and wellness program for at-risk youth.

Teach fundamental English and engage rural elementary students;Introduce the cultures of various English-speaking countries;Coordinate and develop curriculum for school English program.

Advocate and attend meetings concerning women’s global security and their role in peace-buildnig and peace-keeping efforts;Assist in fundraising and grant-writing for program funding and development;Plan meetings for the Faith and Ethics Network (FENICC) for the International Criminal Court (ICC);Assist in organizing and marketing various events held by the Office.

Conduct health assessments for women with high-risk pregnancies;Collaborate with doctors and nurses to ensure most effective care is provided;Refer women to appropriate resources within the community;Advocate for patients and provide support and education throughout their pregnancies.
