• QA audits and inspection of contractors performing work on piping fabrication, API 510 pressure vessel repairs, D1.1- structural, NACE – paint and coatings applications for routine plant and turnarounds.• Review contractor submittals, and shop drawings, and inspect contractors’ work onsite to ensure compliance with the contract documents and document deficiencies.• Ensure compliance with safety standards, witness testing, and third-party inspection, control variation requests, and track contractors' progress. Acts as an extension of the project management maintenance team for a variety of renovation projects on the facility, piping, tanks, structures, ammonia loading arm, etc.• Mechanical supervisor for static equipment – Ensuring all facets of the scopes for turnarounds are met.

• Static equipment inspector at Atlantic LNG facility from 2020 to 2022, which covered plant turnarounds, piping, pressure vessel inspection, and integrity calculations.• Inspected and offered technical support for multiple turnarounds as API 510 pressure vessel inspection (internal/external). Performed QA/QC through field observation and material testing.• Lead the Crane inspection department for the platform, mobile, and overhead Cranes on Noble Regina Allen offshore Guyana, platforms on the BPTT, Shell, Repsol, and EOG Resources within Trinidad.• Provided QA/QC on pressure vessel repairs in accordance with API510 on the Noble Drill rig.• Supervised a pre-commission team of third-party inspectors for the NiQuan gas to zero sulfur liquids plant.

• Spearheaded and trained inspection personnel for the Autoclave high-pressure wellhead fittings for BP Trinidad and Tobago, a newly founded inspection program were implemented.• Control of temporary equipment audits Conducted equipment audit inspections (C) for all equipment and containers that were transported to Shell facilities in Trinidad.• Third-party inspector on various - Gas processing, petroleum refineries, methanol and ammonia production plants, steel manufacturing, power generation, food industry, civil industry, and ships.• Coating inspector (NACE CIP) on offshore platform structure, vessels, and piping on both offshore and onshore upstream and downstream industries. Field replica metallographic inspector on boilers, turbines, reformers, piping, and vessels.• General inspection Duties included - Statutory Inspection, cranes, coating calibration, load testing, rigging, lifting equipment inspection, and NDE.
