I joined soon after and served in sales, executive and ownership roles until its purchase by Hewlett-Packard. In 1993, Bristol inked a Microsoft deal providing us full access to the Windows source code, one of only three companies in the world with such an agreement. Without additional investment, and from a first year revenue base of $500,000, Bristol revenue grew 70% annually over the next five years; reaching the Inc. 500 and being ranked #1 on Connecticut’s Fast 50. Along the way, I created and became President of a subsidiary named Kenosia Corporation. Kenosia's DataAlchemy software became the "best of class" category management software for the CPG Industry. Proctor & Gamble, Sara Lee, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, and General Electric all used our software and services. Kenosia was sold to Halo Holdings in 2006.

I wrecked a lot of cars so that yours would be safe. Until then, antilock brakes were the luxury of Corvette and Mercedes owners. Now they are standard on all cars because of the work we did. I received a patent and the team received several industry awards (Popular Science & Automotive Magazine) for this effort.
