Creating strong team spirit and setting up daily routines as well as finding new ways to the market including building out the product line and customer base. The team I was responsible for was 8 staff including Field sales, Product Management, Inside sales and admin.

I worked at ELFA for 10 years. I started in the shop, advising customers on electronic matters and guiding them in the vast assortment. I worked at the order reception unit, doing the same over the phone. I worked as product assistant at the Telecommunications Department, handling everything from amatuer radio equipment to RF Sheilded rooms and packet radio equipment. The last 5 years of my time at ELFA I worked as Product Manager for power supplies and batteries, being responsible for about 10% of the product line and the turnover of the company. This included responsability for negotiations with suppliers, marketing of the products through ads, product catalogue, newsletters and exhibitions and being responsible for the profitability and revenue of the entire product line.
