I'm a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. My curiosity is sparked when challenges are big and the reward is even greater. Connecting the dots can be easy but arranging and activating them to drive impact or new ways of working requires a thoughtful approach - that is my sweet spot. My background is in studying why and how people do the things they do while asking the question does this behavior need to change? I practice different ways of solving that question using methods of design thinking, coaching, workshop facilitation, technology development and strategic business design. All methods are used to create solutions that generate a positive impact. I enjoy working with teams, teaching others and learning new skills.
