Presently working as Project Manager for Salboni grinding unit (2x1.2 MTPA). This unit having 4 nos Roller Press, 3 nos Packer with 9 not Truck loader & 12 nos Wegon loader, Wagon Tippler, Coal Mill and Stacker – reclaimer.  Organize and manage the departments human, financial and material resources to optimize the quality of its services and its technical and economic performance. Being a member of plant management team, contribute for overall performance improvement of the plant ensuring co-ordination and co-operation within and with other department/s. Leading complete array of project operations like planning, anchoring on-site construction activities, procurement, costing, power distribution, erection & installation of electrical equipment's & field devices, operations & Maintenance, conducting safety inspection, health & safety assessment, cost control and revenue generation. Being a Project Manager, I offer knacks in collaborating with various teams, vendors and contractors in parallel effortlessly while manning shift management activities and guiding, motivating work force.

Dedicated support to Project Head for all E&I function of the Eastern Region Project. Presently, I was associated for Sankrail Expansion Project (Roller Press, 2x240 TPH packer, 2xBulk Loading system, 8xWagon Loading System, 10xTruck loading system ). Preparation of Electrical power distribution system basic design including preparation of one line diagram, sizing of various electrical equipment like Transformer Battery and UPS sizing, preparation of control schematics,  Preparation of equipment specifications and design memorandum for various electrical packages  Preparation of various drawings like substation equipment layout, power / lighting / grounding layouts, cable route layouts, interlock schemes, interconnection diagrams, cable schedule, material and purchase requisitions,  Preparation of various study documents like Cable sizing, Lighting calculations, Earthing and Lightning calculations, Technical bid analysis and evaluation. Vendor drawing review of various electrical and mechanical equipment including approval . Inspection and Testing of Electrical equipment at vendors' works Erection, Testing and Commissioning of various electrical equipment like Motors, Switchgears, Transformers, Battery and battery charger etc. Key Highlights: Comprehensive LOTOTO Implementation for Sankrail Expansion Project  Get rewards of OH&S excellence award of 2014 of Ambuja Cement Ltd for best electrical safety.

I worked with Arasmeta Cement Plant {Lafarge India Pvt Limited}, Chhattisgarh. Planning of various equipments like HT/LT Motors, DC Motors and Power & Distribution transformers. Created plans for managing different activities of various equipment like HT/LT Motors, DC Motors and Power & Distribution Transformers Section engineer for Kiln area. Engaged in the implementation of WCM systems and procedures as per the guidelines. Managed operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of: HT/LT Panels, VFDs & SPRS,Key Highlights: Management appreciation for as faculty of MS Excel-2007 training. Lead in charge of Energy Management Cell.

I was worked with Narmada Cement Works (NCCL), Jafarabad. Handling Kiln & Cooler section operations & undertaking regular maintenance of various LT/HT Motor. Condition monitoring of various equipments in an effective & efficient manner.Highlights:  Operations : Assisting of section head for all O&M activity within Kiln Section. Implementation of KAIZENS for Continual Improvement of Organization. Implementing WCM systems and procedures as per the guidelines. Project: Erection & Commissioning of Alternate Fuel System for Kiln Firing. Shut down operations planning & execution for preventive maintenance.
