This initial venture not only proved successful, earning me a substantial amount of business from all three clients, but also laid the foundation for my subsequent career path.The experience gained from running my own business provided a seamless transition to a role at Indus Software, a subsidiary of R-Systems in Pune, where I started as a programmer. Demonstrating exceptional skill and technical prowess, I advanced to the role of Senior System Analyst. My expertise led to an international assignment with GE Capital in Bangkok, where I contributed significantly for approximately five years.In 2005, I commenced my programming career with EASi, a nascent company based in California, USA with just seven employees at the time. My efforts in securing a major client catalyzed the expansion of our team, marking the beginning of significant growth for the company. As EASi evolved into Certent, Inc., I played a pivotal role in leading the team through a decade of remarkable progress, culminating in the acquisition of the company by Insightsoftware in 2021. My strategic contributions were rewarded with substantial stock options, which proved lucrative upon the acquisition.Leveraging my comprehensive experience in software engineering and my acumen in business development, I founded a Staffing and Recruiting firm specializing in the placement of IT professionals, including software engineers, QA engineers, Cloud-ops engineers, and DBAs. My firsthand experience in software engineering affords me a unique insight, enabling me to identify and recruit the most qualified candidates, ensuring the perfect alignment of skills with the demands of the role.
