The process which I worked for was SIU (Special Investigation Unit) which dealt with prevention of fraudulent activities in claims. Currently I'm working as a Senior Quality Analyst for Digit General Insurance. Here I do chats, calls and email audits. I also audit grievance cases which are considered to be very critical and do Root Cause Analysis to make sure to minimize process defects.Due to experience in e-commerce, US healthcare and General Insurance I'm very much familiar with the functionalities and methodologies used for the process improvement in all three domains.
