I'm working in the western india cashew company pvt.limited for the last 4 years, in which 1 year experience of machine operator and currently 3 years of ongoing experience in production executive.The following are the accomplishments that I have attained in my professional setting. These include production of nutspreads,nutpaste and dry roasting various types of nuts such as Cashews, Almonds, Apricots, Hazelnuts, and Pistachios. Additionally, I have successfully operated a dry roasting machine, ensuring the materials' temperature is maintained at the appropriate level to achieve optimal quality production by rectifying any instances of under or over roasting. Furthermore, I possess experience in operating x-ray and color sorting machines, as well as conching, coding, continuous band sealing, automatic tube filling, FFS machine and filling machines. Additionally, I have demonstrated my ability to effectively lead a team of 80 workers, resulting in improvements in product quality and timely delivery. Lastly, I hold responsibility for daily production and all associated accountabilities.
