• Lead Project Team on multiple projects ensuring clear roles, responsibilities and assignment of actions, utilizing all appropriate project controls and project management expertise.
• Manage full project life cycle, associate project management deliverable's for the initiation, planning, executing, control, and closure of the project.
• Develop project plan, direct project resources, monitor and manage the project schedule, monitor and manage the project budget, monitor and manage the project risk, manage the team members, maintain project documents.
• Communicate the project status to all the involved stakeholders and present the complete product development roadmap across the products and keep informed about the possible risks and delays if any.
• Working closely with business – Operations, Marketing, and Strategic Product Development team for defining the Product Road map in alignment with the business targets

• Oversee the day-to-day management of projects on the key accounts, ensuring that scope, methodology, timelines, costs and quality are strictly adhered to.
• Plans and schedules project goals, milestones and deliverables.
• Account Management comprising of Project Initiation, Effort Estimation, Cost Estimation, Resource Planning, Project Breakdown Schedule, Risk Management, Work Allocation, Project Tracking and Control activities to.
• Ensure client satisfaction by following appropriate steps in the way of addressing related concerns and issues in the landscape of solutions/projects /products.
• Primary point of contact for all client escalations from customer end with regards to delivery cycle

• Identifying opportunities for incremental business from existing customers, in-line with company capabilities.
• Works with the appropriate Account Managers of Group companies to obtain information about various incremental opportunities at client, and works with the sales teams to create a strategy to expand the account.
• Ensure revenue targets are met from the client accounts assigned.
• Showcase offering during initial meetings and early sales stages; help close opportunities during the final stages of a sales cycle.
• Searching for new prospective clients and maintaining relationship with existing clients.
