  ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* PROJECT INITIATION AND CONCEPTUAL DESIGN :-Establish project requirements, conceptual system design, heat load calculation, preliminary layout preparation, heat recovery and energy optimization feasibility study.* DETAILED DESIGN AND DOCUMENTATION :-Creating piping and instrumentation diagram(P&ID), Selecting components after running and documenting calculations like thermal insulation analysis, temperature and pressure drop for components and piping systems, network head loss calculation, gas liquid separator sizing, configuration of valve stations. Safety relief and emergency ventilation etc.-Conduct various engineering analysis like pipe stress analysis, hydronic balancing calculation, heat transfer analysis, structural analysis for planned pipe support systems.-Develop BIM (Building information modelling) execution plans.-Create detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit-Prepare construction drawings and specification.-Collaborate in BIM environment with other disciplines.-Work with electrical department to develop precise system control logic to achieve maximum performance and efficiency.* PROCUREMENT AND COST CONTROL :-Performing material take off and BOQ extraction from Revit models and facilitating precise cost forecast and initiating procurement.* INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING :-Collaboration with installation team to Ensure proper plant installation and implementation of design plans and plan shutdowns for system integration in case of expansion projects.-Analyze system operating parameters during the commissioning stage, ensuring smooth plant operation within design parameters.*SOFTWARE SKILLS:- AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Robot, CAESAR II, Coolstar, Pipe flow expert, Heat 2D,Microsoft office.
