• Screening and formatting resumes for presentation of the candidates to the clients.• Expertise in sourcing profiles from different job portals like Dice, monster, Carrier Builder, LinkedIn recruiter, indeed etc. • Find the right candidates for our direct and tier 1 vendor requirements.• Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other strategies.• Checking the interest of consultant and submitting the profile to the vendor.• Keeping follow up with the Client to see that interview should go on time.
