MT Manage receiving, warehousing, distribution, inventory, Procurement, and maintenance operations. Identify & Implement warehouse process improvement adhering to standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce operations costs. Maintaining standards of Health & Safety security on the work in the work environment in accordance with the HSE Policies of the company. Recruit, support, and provide training to warehouse operation staff. Monitor key performance indicator (KPI) for operational efficiency. Liaise with the customers, Vendors, Transporters & Internal departments to optimize operations. Develop and maintain ISO level operation guidelines and metrics.  Develop and monitor productivity standards.  Develop and maintain efficient, cost-effective operations layout!  Coordinate daily cycle counts.  P&L responsibility for the operation. Oversee daily customs and shipping operations.
