With over 20 years of work experience in the banking sector, I am currently the Area Head Government Business at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, where I lead the strategy and execution of the government business vertical across multiple states. I am responsible for developing and managing relationships with key government stakeholders, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. I have a Master's degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the University of Lucknow, and I have strong skills in new business development, business development, and customer acquisition. Before joining Ujjivan Bank, I was the Branch Manager at HDFC Bank and IndusInd Bank, where I managed the operations and performance of the branch, supervised and coached the staff, and enhanced the customer experience and loyalty.
