I was part of the NVH Sound Package development team, where I was in charge of overseeing the various sound packaging materials, tests/experiments (both lab and vehicle level) in order to make sure that the target noise level is achieved or not.

Major roles and responsibilities carried out during this time period are as follows:• Data collection and analysis during various testing in the tracks and analyze the same for brake developmental activities. • Drafting and development of standard documents for the internal design and validation for various brake components for the company. It involved in designing various tests and its acceptance criteria for the components• Was responsible for addressing and resolving the various design and development concerns raised by the production team, and other cross-functional teams, on time in the brake system. • Discussion with various suppliers of brake components to get the parts designed as per company requirements and parts delivered on time with quality for various trials. • Generation of new ideas, drafting, and developing the plan of action for the brakes system improvements and cost optimization. • Drafting of various internal standard documents regarding the concerns, time plan preparation, dashboard preparation with utmost clarity to present to higher management. • Responsible for arranging weekly/biweekly review meetings (both inter and intra-team) to keep track, document the work updates and make sure the deadlines are strictly followed.
