• Prepare monthly, quarterly reports and annual audited financial statements.
• Control treasury operations such as establish LC, negotiate LC Terms and conditions, issue bank guarantees, and submit control returns on all the discounted LCs.
• Verify, compute and record AP and AR data.
• Control all inward/outward remittances which include: Import Bills, Export bills, Remittances.
• Update the bank reconciliations on a daily basis and work closely with the AP and AR Team.
• Verify and monitor the bank charges, commissions and other expenses charged by the banks.

• Perform day to day financial transactions including verification and classification of accounts payable data.
• Assist treasury operations including preparation of bank guarantee and LC
• Review, reconcile and record bank statement of account on daily and monthly basis.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audit purposes.
• Analytical review of the petty cash expenses and to present the report to the Finance Manager.
