Automation of Nomination Form A web nomination form is helpful for the user to register into a program offered by their company. To reduce the paper work and manual work of the user we are creating a web application that will help the user to register from the workplace it will lessen the work of the administration to integrate the number of users on each program basis. Used HTML, CSS and JavaScript to render the dynamic web pages (presentation layer) for the application.Participated in maintenance and production support.The user will have his username and password with which he can login into registration database. A web nomination form stores secured live data of the user. The simplest mechanism is often the best.
